To facilitate coordination of activities and communication with members, the federation maintains regional offices in Amman (Jordan Engineering Association), Lahore (Institution of Engineers, Pakistan), and Kuala Lumpur (Universiti Putra Malaysia, Institution of Engineers, Malaysia). The FEIIC International Secretariat is managed by the Secretary General from his home country depending on wherever he resides or is based in.
