Data-Driven Management

Centralised Laboratory Management Dashboard for administrative and operational matters, encompassing:

3. Information on officers, including roles and responsibilities
4. Google Drive links for MS ISO 9001:2015 documentation for 77 active laboratories within the Faculty of Engineering, shared via official email accounts of laboratory officers
   Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory administration and management

Information Security Priorities

• Number of PTJ information security controls in accordance with the UPM Information and Communication Technology Security Guidelines (GPKTMK):

  PTJ operational data (e.g. correspondence, meeting minutes, etc.)

  Provision of login access

e-File_Lab@FK is a Google Data Studio link established for each laboratory for the purpose of maintaining records of laboratory management activities.

Access to the Faculty Management Meeting minutes is restricted to members of the Faculty of Engineering Management and the meeting secretariat.

Number of digital culture training programmes planned by the PTJ for staff
