To achieve the objectives of the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) under the Electricity Saving Procedure (UPM / ISO-EMS / P010),  attached is a google form feedback. Please click the link for the following weeks for your actions;

This form should be filled out by individuals (Officers on duty) for the offices of the Deputy Dean / Department / Center for Research Excellence, it should be filled by the Secretary / Administrative Assistant (Secretariat) / Administrative Assistant and the Department's Laboratory by the Assistant Engineer.  

It is advisable for all faculty members to adopt the following measures of savings;·        

• Turn off the light switch and air conditioning system during lunch time (1.00pm - 2.00pm)
• Switch off the light, air conditioning system and electrical sources such as computers, printers and so on after work hours.
• Make sure the air conditioner is set to a comfortable temperature (minimum 24 Degree Celsius) except for the lecture hall / any space used beyond capacity   
• Practice other energy-saving modes (Screen Brightness / Energy Saving Mode)
