1. How good is the Faculty of Engineering UPM ?
We accorded the status of ‘Research University’ by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia in 2006. As in 2015 we achieve good ranking :

2. Can I visit the University/faculty to have a look round?
Much of the campus is publicly accessible and you are welcome to have a look round, however access to most buildings is restricted to University card holders only. You would probably gain a better insight into the courses and the University if you could contact the University or the Faculty that you are interested to study.
3. Where is the Faculty of Engineering?
Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is one of Malaysia’s premier public Universities with an array of disciplines. Located strategically within the Multimedia Super Corridor, only 10 minutes drive to Putrajaya and 30 minutes drive to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

6. How long has UPM done engineering?
UPM’s Faculty Of Engineering, from its humble beginnings in 1975 has grown into one of the best engineering schools in Malaysia. To date, the Faculty has eight exciting departments – Aerospace, Civil, Biological and Agricultural, Electrical and Electronics, Chemical and Environmental, Computer and Communication Systems, Mechanical and Manufacturing, Process and Food. Also offering 34 postgraduate programs, with combined enrollment of over 3000 for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
