UPM-BEM eBulk Registration

Workflow of UPM student BEM registration

Kindly read the guidelines below before proceed with this registration

The registration is ONLY open to UPM Engineering Graduates 2024/2025. This registration link can be accessed until 19 January 2026.

IMPORTANT:  Alternatively, choose self-registration through the BEM website if you require urgent registration (2-3 months). If it is not urgent, please register using this E-Bulk BEM method (3 months).

Documents that UPM graduates need to provide during registration.

1. Proof of payment of RM50.00 through the “PUTRA PAYMENT” system as a registration fee (pdf only)
2. Copy of full academic transcript (pdf only)
3. Copy of degree certificate (pdf only)
4. Passport-sized picture (jpeg only)
5. Copy of Identity Card / Passport (pdf only)

There will be 3 STEPS that you need to do to complete the BEM registration

STEP 1: Payment of the Registration Fee 

• Make a payment of RM50.00 as a registration fee through PUTRA PAYMENT system below;

            Reminder : Make sure login use your personal email / Google account

            Link = https://putrapayment.upm.edu.my

            Choose "STUDENT"

            Enter your Identification No./Passport No.

            Payment to: "PENDAFTARAN KEAHLIAN BOARD OF ENGNEERS MALAYSIA"

            Please fill in all necessary information

• Keep the proof of payment/receipt (in PDF file) to be used as an attachment in STEP 2

STEP 2: Fill in THIS Google Form

• Please fill in your personal details in the next sections
• You will need to attach the copy of your academic transcript and degree certificate in (PDF format)
• You will need to fill in the registration fee payment details (STEP 1) including the attachment of proof of the payment.
• Once completed, you will be given a link to register in the BEM eBulk System. 
• Each program will have a different link, please ensure to click the link related to your program.

STEP 3: Registration in the BEM eBulk System

• The system will ask you to fill in your details again
• Please upload your passport photo and a copy of your identity card / passport as per required in the system
• Dont forget to click the submit button. The system will send a confirmation email to you later.
