Universiti Putra Malaysia, June 1st, 2021 – The Professor Talk Series 2021 was organized online via Google Meet today by Aerospace Malaysa Research Center (AMRC) and Department of Aerospace Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia.

The organizer has invited Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Mohamed Thariq Hameed Sultan, Director of UPM Press, Universiti Putra Malaysia to present his talk entitled Working towards uplifting the revenue fo farmers: From waste to wealth in an hour session started at 9:00 am. This event was moderated by Dr. Noorfaizal Dato’ Yidris, Head, Aerospace Malaysia Research Center (AMRC), Faculty of Engineering, UPM.

This talk has attracted 96 participants from all sort of field from inside and outside UPM. Prof Thariq has come up with Projek Komuniti Pertanian Nanas-Ke Arah Sifar Sisa Pertanian from his own project as head of the project to be presented and discussed among the audience. The talk end with question-and-answer session.

AMRC Webinar is a series of talk organized by Aerospace Malaysa Research Center (AMRC) and Department of Aerospace Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia. The objective of the Talk series is to provide a platform for our professors, industry players, alumni and experts to share their expertise, knowledge and experiences with the communities and students. AMRC is planning to organize four different categories of Talk Series i.e. Professor Talk Series, Professional Talk Series, Expert Talk Series and Alumni Talk Series.
