Serdang, July 30 - The Office of the Deputy Dean (Graduate Studies & International), Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), successfully organised the Engineering Graduate Research Colloquium 2026 (EGRC 2026) at the Auditorium Jurutera Radin Umar, Faculty of Engineering.

The programme served as an academic platform that brought together postgraduate students, researchers and academicians to showcase innovative research findings, exchange ideas and perspectives, as well as strengthen networking and collaboration in the field of engineering.

The programme was further enriched by the presence of two distinguished invited speakers - Prof. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Mohd Saleh Jaafar, Vice Chancellor and President Universiti Antarabangsa Albukhary and Mr. Azhar Kassim Mustapha, Chief Executive Officer Nervesis Sdn. Bhd. (ZYGY). The valuable insights and experiences shared by both invited speakers provided meaningful perspectives and inspiration to the participants, particularly in advancing research, innovation and career development in the field of engineering.

EGRC 2026 was more than just a platform for sharing research findings. It also provided an avenue for generating new ideas, building academic networks and fostering research collaboration opportunities within the engineering community.
