Serdang, 6 May - The 2026 Malaysia Hiring Roadshow organised by Lam Research aims to connect Malaysian talents with exciting career opportunities in Taiwan’s semiconductor industry. The roadshow was successfully held on 6 May 2026 at Faculty of Engineering UPM, features a career talk and on-site interview sessions for aspiring engineers and experienced professionals interested in pursuing careers with Lam Research Taiwan.

The programme focuses on recruiting engineers and welcomes applications from fresh graduates with bachelor’s or master’s degrees in mechanical, mechatronic, electronics, electrical, chemical engineering, and other semiconductor-related disciplines. In addition, experienced candidates with backgrounds in field service engineering, equipment engineering, and process or equipment engineering are also encouraged to participate.

Throughout the session, participants will gain insights into the semiconductor industry, career pathways in Taiwan, and the professional opportunities available at Lam Research. The hiring roadshow serves as a platform for Malaysian engineering talents to engage directly with industry professionals, explore international career opportunities, and undergo on-site

interviews. Overall, the programme reflects Lam Research’s commitment to attracting skilled engineering talents while strengthening industry collaboration and global workforce development within the semiconductor sector.
