INTRODUCTION

The Digital Transformation Division of the Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia focuses on the implementation of the UPM ICT Strategic Framework initiatives as well as the Digital First Initiative by the Ministry of Digital Malaysia.

The five (5) main pillars of the UPM ICT Strategic Framework are as follows:

a) Efficient Digital Services that Meet and Exceed Expectations
b) ICT Facilities as Enablers for High-Impact Research
c) ICT Products that Provide Value to Stakeholders
d) Best Learning Experience Through Digital Education
e) Implementation of an Integrated Smart Campus that Prioritizes User Experience

The six (6) main pillars of the Digital First Initiative by the Ministry of Digital Malaysia are as follows:
